Dressipi’s Best Dressed Competition

Terms and Conditions

  • This competition is valid where legally permissible.
  • Entry to the competition is through registering to vote in Dressipi’s Best Dressed on facebook.com/dressipi and voting for your favourite styled look.
  • On 13th February Dressipi’s Best Dressed Facebook app will be launched and the winning group of friends voted for by the public will then win a share of the £1000 to spend online on DRESSIPI.COM.
  • The competition closes at 5pm (London time) on Thursday 1st March 2012. You may enter once per day.
  • At the close of the competition Dressipi will draw at random one winner from all valid entries received.
  • The prize of £1000 will be given to a randomly selected voter and can be used by one person or shared with up to three of their friends.
  • This will be redeemed by winners selecting clothes from dressipi.com with the advice from members of the Dressipi stylists. The prize may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw taking place.
  • Dressipi accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with but not specifically included in the prize.
  • If you do not reply to an email within 48 hours of us sending it, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize. Dressipi shall not be liable for any delay or failure of any email or message communication.
  • The prize shall consist of a voucher to the value of £1000. You may spend the voucher as you wish on dressipi.com so long as the voucher is valid. Dressipi will credit you with the voucher within 48 hours on the working day following receipt from you of any details we request when notifying you that you have won a prize.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to us announcing your name publicly as a prize winner.
  • Entrants must be over 18.
  • Competition excludes employees and agents (or families of such employees or agents) of Dressipi or anyone else connected with the administration of the competition.
  • The competition is operated by Dressipi, StyleMania Ltd, 23 Pembridge Square, London, W2 4DR, England.
  • Dressipi reserves the right to amend any time periods, and notification dates at any time should circumstances make this necessary, or to cancel this promotion before the advertised close date.
  • Dressipi's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative is available. The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize.
  • Dressipi will store your email address in connection with this competition solely for the purpose of drawing and notifying the winner.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. By registering your email address for this competition, you acknowledge and accept that neither Facebook nor Twitter shall not be liable to you in any way for any matter in relation to this competition.
