The Capri pant is a fitted, calf-length pant, often having a slit on the outside of the leg bottoms. Its name derives from the Italian island Capri, where this style rose to fame in the 50's and 60's thanks to the famous faces that wore them. Images of Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn and Jackie O sporting capris, turned these into an iconic, summer, style-staple.
